 Dr. Robert Campbell

  Co-founder and Physician

     Dr. Campbell was in private internal medicine and pediatric practice in Augusta for almost 4 years before co-founding Christ Community.  He graduated from Vanderbilt in 1992.  He spent a year at Covenant Seminary before heading for medical school.  He finished medical school in 1999 at the University of Illinois.  His residency training was completed in 2003 at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
     It was in Memphis where Dr. Campbell trained to serve in urban areas through Christ Community Health Services in Memphis.

     Dr. Campbell has been working in Augusta's urban medical community for over 3 years.   He has a good understanding of the needs in our community and the resources available to them.

     Dr. Campbell has a passion for Jesus Christ and a desire to serve him in urban Augusta.

Dr. Grant Scarborough

 Co-founder and Physician

     Dr. Scarborough recently finished his internal medicine and pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.  He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.  After undergraduate he served for two years as a Young Life leader in the Atlanta area.  He earned his medical degree from Mercer Medical School in 2003 and finished his Med/Peds residency at the University of Tennessee in June of 2007.   He moved to Augusta in July of 2007.

    Grant desires to see God glorified through caring for the poor, and discipling young health care students to do the same.
