Christ Community Health Services is not a walk-in clinic.  All patients are required to make an appointment.

Established Patients

If you are an established patient, call (706) 922-0600 to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment.

New Patients

All new patients are required to attend New Patient Orientation. To sign up for New Patient Orientation, call (706) 396-1464 between 9:00 am - 10:00 am on Wednesdays.  Leave your name and phone number.  We will call you if an appointment is available.

Paying for Your Visit

While we are a non-profit organization, we are not a free clinic. 
Uninsured patients are charged on a sliding fee scale that starts at $25 for an office visit.
Lab work and other tests are not included in the $25 office visit charge. 

Charges on our sliding fee scale are based on your income and the size of your household.  If you apply for the sliding fee program, please bring proof of income on your first visit. 

We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans.
